If your Bellsouth email not working then the problem might occur because your account wasn't configured in the right way. To add a Bellsouth account in Outlook, you have to go to Outlook and open it and then go to File > Add Account. Hen here you have to choose Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.

To fix it you have to change the password and then you have to create a secure mail key. If Bellsouth email is not working properly in Outlook, then to solve the problem simply change your password. Scroll down to the Secure mail key section and choose to Manage secure mail key. Now here you have to choose and add a secure mail key option.
